1. Who we are

Priced in Gold ("we", "us") operates the website pricedingold.org and provides charts of financial assets denominated in troy ounces of gold. Contact: pricedingold@gmail.com.

2. The service

We provide a website that displays price information for stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies and commodities, expressed in both their native currency and in troy ounces of gold. Eight symbols are available free of charge; the remainder require a paid Pro subscription. Data is sourced from public providers and is provided "as is" — see section 6.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account.

4. Subscriptions, billing and trial

Pro is billed at £4.99 per month (plus VAT where applicable). New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. Your card will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before being charged — cancel any time during the trial and you won't pay a penny. After the trial, you may cancel at any time from your Account page to stop future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Not financial advice

Everything on the site is for general information only. It is not investment, tax or financial advice. Markets are risky; past performance does not predict future results. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data shown. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, mirror or systematically copy the service; resell access; interfere with or attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits; or use the service to break the law.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your subscription is cancelled and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
