How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, go to Account, and click Manage. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure portal where you can cancel in one click. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. The 7-day trial is completely free. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged a penny.
How do I update my card?
Account → Manage opens Stripe's portal where you can add a new payment method or remove an old one.
Do you offer refunds?
No — all payments are final. That's why we offer a 7-day free trial so you can be sure before being charged. You can cancel any time from your Account page to stop future charges.
Why does my chart say 'Subscription required'?
Eight popular symbols are free forever (NVDA, AAPL, MSFT, TSLA, SPY, BTC, oil, silver). Everything else is part of Pro.
Where does the gold price come from?
Live spot from the GC=F futures contract via Yahoo Finance. Long-run history (back to 1833) uses the LBMA London fix from a public dataset.
Can I get a receipt or VAT invoice?
Yes — every charge generates a Stripe invoice with VAT details, sent to your email and available in the billing portal.
